Associate Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering requirements from pharmaceutical clients to design customized software systems

Responsibilities:
- Work within a cross-functional project team to develop web- and phone-based clinical trial software according to pharmaceutical clients' specifications
- Develop software systems which are reliable, maintainable, and efficient, with emphasis on patient safety and integrity of clinical study data
- Work with advanced technologies, such as C# (.Net 2.0+), Microsoft SQL Server 2005, VXML, and other third party software products
- Work with Clarix's cutting edge proprietary technology for rapid system deployment
- Generate ideas for innovative technological solutions to increase the quality of Clarix systems
- Participate in R&D projects for developing and improving internal tools and processes

Client Support Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to system users in multiple countries via the telephone and email
- Clearly document all communication with system users
- Escalate user queries to 2nd-level support staff when necessary for resolution
- Provide input on current support processes and suggest improvements
- Create, assemble and quality check user materials
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Friendly, service-oriented attitude
- Computer-operating skills
- Written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to identify and solve problems in an efficient and effective manner

Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Gather client requirements to create IVRS and EDC functional specifications documents
- Work with internal and external project teams to ensure the timely completion of all deliverables
- Travel to client sites to attend meetings and conduct user training sessions
- Provide project time/budget analysis at status meetings
- Delegate tasks to associate project managers
- Participate in the development and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices
- Participate in new product development
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Quality Assurance Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Ensure corporate quality assurance and regulatory compliance, including system validation, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, cGxP compliance, and HIPAA compliance
- Review software development process for conformance to quality standards
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and related documents
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
- Report and track any significant deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective action to appropriate management
- Conduct regular training for employees on quality issues
- Assist in coordinating and hosting client audits
- Assist in auditing potential partner companies to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Clinical Software Test Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the correct functioning of clinical trial software with focus on patient safety and integrity of clinical study data
- Ensure all activities and deliverables comply with FDA regulations
- Ensure that requirements are clear, testable, and consistent with the clinical trial protocol
- Develop validation plans according to a risk-based testing methodology
- Design test plans
- Generate and execute test scripts
- Document defects and track resolution
